1200정도를매일먹다가일주일에100칼로리씩꾸준히늘려주면..결국은다시살이찌는건가요??유지..하면서조금씩..한한달에2키로정도씩빼고싶은데..먹는걸일주일에100칼로리씩늘리면..다시찌면서..유지가되는거..아닌가요??평생..1200칼로리를먹을수는없고..어쩌죠??ㅠㅠ
