제가요즘..운동을해도..통몸무게가줄질않아요..먹는건..거의1200칼로리정도를먹구요..운동은거의300칼로리정도를..해요..(이렇게하면..살이빠지기힘든가요??)근데..궁금한건요..살이빠지는거랑..체지방이빠지는거랑..차이점이있나요??그니깐..제말은..몸무게가안준다고해서..체지방도안주는게아니냐..(-_-;;말을잘못해서죄송..)그러니깐다시한번말씀드리면..몸무게가체지방에비례해서주냐..이거거든요~~질문의요지가..ㅋㅋ제가몸무게가거의2~3주동안안줄고있는데요..그럼체지방도안줄고있는건가요??그럼..체지방이안줄었으면..몸에붙어있는살들도안줄은건가요??체지방이빠져야..몸에붙은살들도빠지나요??-_-;;죄송해요..넘헷갈리게해서...나름대로다시정리를하자면..체지방과몸무게,체지방과몸에붙은살들의관계를..잘알고싶어요...더이상살이안빠지고있으니..운동시간이나강도를늘려야하나요..?알려주세요~~
