제가..살이빠지다가요..요즘들어..정체기..비슷한게된거같은데요..아무리정체기라지만..계속몇그람씩쪼금씩늘고있거든요..그리고운동을하면또쪼끔빠지고..그렇다고제가음식을많이먹는것도아니거든요..하루섭취량이..조금못미치게먹고있거든요..(원래제하루섭취량이1614정도라는데전거의1200정도를먹고있어요..)근데..이것도정체기의일종인가요?생리때가된거같긴한데..할기미를안보이네요..//꼭좀알려주세요..나름대로심각해요..ㅠㅠ
