저는162에56키로나가는상체비만인아가시입니다,제가출근이11시이고ㅡ,,,퇴근이10시다보닌간운동갈시간이없어여,,,저녁에집에오면그래도요즘은팻다운먹고줄넘기1500번에다훌라후프10분을합니다,12시정도에인제사과한개를먹고4시30분정도에밥을시켜서먹고,,,,(시켜서먹는밥은살이더찌나여?)7시나8시에저녁에토마토를한개나두개먹을려고생각중이예여이렇게해주면살이얼마나빠질까여?그리고뱃살에정말살이밀집해있는데...쥴넘기조흥ㄴ운동인가여?저같은상체비만에게는무슨운동이필요할까여?
